Before returning goods for any reason you must request an RMA number by email to sales@theSarayiahpost.com stating the reasons why you are returning the goods.
To return an item (in accordance with the Terms and Conditions) the item must not have been worn (unless subsequently faulty), be in the original packaging and include full details of why the item is being returned together with your full details and contact information.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please email sales@theSarayiahpost.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.

It is advised that you use a recorded delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number (see Delivery, Returns and Cancellations).
Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances after 21 days from the date of purchase.
Customers outside of the EU should be aware that they may be liable to import/ custom duties particular to that country depending on the goods value and or weight. These are not included in the cost when you purchase at My-Store and remain the customer’s liability at all times. If concerned about these import duties a customer should make enquiries with the relevant authorities prior to ordering, as no goods returned due to non-delivery by virtue of non-payment of import duties will be refunded.
