Orders and the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR)
a) If cancelling the contract under the DSR please email stating that within 14 days of receipt and the reason for cancellation. Please note unless the product is faulty then delivery costs will not be refunded and you will have to return the item at your own cost.
b) A request for cancellation must be made by email to sales@theSarayiahpost.com clearly stating the reason and your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions.
Disclaimers
a) The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
b) The inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
c) The identification of an error within the production information (including price).
d) Fraud detection or suspicion.
Reimbursement
The User agrees to reimburse the Owner for any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses or costs asserted by any third party in connection with your use of the Website.
